Jersey Girl Bagels is a local, family owned & operated business.  We are all about providing to our local community an authentic NJ Bagel experience with SUNSHINE AND BAGELS.  

All bagel dough is made from scratch daily, cold proofed 24-48 hours, boiled in a large kettle, placed on burlap covered boards before going into a old school revolving tray oven and then finally flipped off of the boards onto the oven shelfs which are made of large stones.  This old school process is much more labor intensive than some of the newer methods of making a bagel but we truly believe you get a better product doing it the traditional way.
